Positive: Loved the very cozy atmosphere of the apartment, all the amazing light coming in during the day and the way you can see and feel the sky full of stars at night. Very clean, spacious, fully equipped with everything needed for out family of 4 to thrive during the week spent here. The interaction with Olya and her husband was great, really nice people, welcoming and always willing to help and provide whatever needed. I cannot recommend more the location and the owners, we would love to come back and enjoy the beauty of Bansko by staying here more! There is available shuttle bus to the gondola station (we did not use it as we went by car but next time will know better and take advantage of it) and the access to the pool and hot tub was amazing, the highlight of the evenings after an amazing ride on the slopes. There is also a renting place at the location and Olya helped us with facilitating the communication with them for having ski lessons for the kids booked in advance. This vacation spent at this beautiful apartment was a ray of sunshine and we are looking forward to coming back again! Thank you for making our stay a precious memory!
